QoL features:

1. added a spawn animation to enemies, so now you can avoid accidentally hitting them
2. slightly tweaked enemy movement, so now they don't fly at light speed into you out of your view
3. added the ability to skip the cutscene that plays before starting the game
4. added hints for how to reload and skip the cutscene

Bug fixes:

1. added a condition for reloading, so now you can only reload when you're out of ammo
